I finished this piece a couple of days ago and really liked how it turned out. It was a commission piece that used a map of the Mt. Baker area and that (hopefully) captured some of the mountain’s likeness. It feels a little different than my normal style and thought I would share.

oh, i really like this one. i have been sort of blog stalking you for a couple of years now (coming clean with it now!), always excited to see what you are making, inspired that you are ‘making it happen!’ as an artist. i could go on, but i just had to say that i like your map paintings and this one made me think, ‘i want to see more of this.’

I really like this, it is a whole new direction within the same concept for you to go. Very cool!!!
